Class 1 & 2 Summer Homework

summer homework

Summer is finally here! The children have worked hard, and deserve a rest, need to play and enjoy time outside the school. Here is a selection of ideas if you find you have some spare time:

  • read every day: read to your child, and tell them to read to themselves. In English and any other language! It doesn´t have to be a book, it could be something from the internet, a leaflet, magazine, newspaper or even the back of a cereal packet!
  • write every day: have your child write a summer journal of what they have experienced daily
  • above all, treasure the time you spend together!
