The university development program aims to provide high school students the following additional points to their academic training school:
- Personal development content, which is not taught in the official curriculum, similar to that found in the executive development programs, and are a fundamental tool in the industrial and post-university stages.
- Using a different methodology than the school, based on induction and the case method.
- Information and college counseling
